These Terms & Conditions apply when a parent or carer registers a child for Blooms Club, Bloom Society or a Blooms Holiday Camp. By completing a registration and, where applicable, making payment, you agree to the terms set out below.

Parent & Carer Information
Parents and carers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including:
- emergency contacts
- medical information
- allergies
- additional needs
- authorised collection arrangements

Behaviour & Safety
Children are expected to behave respectfully towards other children, staff, school property and equipment.
Blooms aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Where a child’s behaviour creates a serious or repeated safety concern, we may speak with the parent or carer and, where necessary, review the child’s place.

Session Changes & Closures
Session dates, times and locations may occasionally change due to school closures, staff illness, venue issues or circumstances outside our control. Parents will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Personal Belongings
Blooms Club is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged or left behind unless this results from our negligence.

Collection Arrangements
Parents and carers must ensure children are collected in accordance with the agreed collection arrangements.

Keeping Information Up to Date
By registering, parents and carers confirm that they have provided all information reasonably required for Blooms to support their child safely.
