Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you may want to know about Blooms Club, Bloom Society and Blooms Holiday Camps — all in one place.
Yes. Bloom Club and Bloom Holiday Camps are open to both boys and girls. Bloom Society is our girls-only finishing school programme, focusing on confidence, etiquette, wellbeing, communication and personal development.
Sessions are fun, interactive and practical. Children take part in games, group discussions, confidence-building activities, creative challenges and real-life scenarios.
Topics can include confidence, friendships, emotions, communication, manners, teamwork, leadership, independence and positive decision-making.
Payments are made per term rather than weekly. This secures your child’s place for the full programme.
Yes. We understand that some children and parents may want to experience Bloom before committing. A one-session trial may be available.
If your child would like to continue afterwards, payment for the remaining sessions in the term will need to be made before they return.
That is absolutely fine. We appreciate that every child has a different personality and confidence level.
Children are never expected to be the loudest person in the room. We encourage them gently, allow them time to feel comfortable and help them participate at their own pace.
Arrangements depend on the school. Teachers are informed about the children attending Bloom Club and, in many schools, children make their way to the designated club room after class.
In some cases, a teaching assistant or member of school staff may help bring children to the session.
Children with SEND and additional needs are welcome at Bloom. We have experience working with children with a range of additional needs and aim to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
Parents are encouraged to share any relevant information when registering so that we can understand how best to support their child.
If Bloom Club cancels a session, the value of that session will normally be credited.
If a session cannot take place because of circumstances relating to the school or venue, such as an unexpected closure or school event, a refund or credit will not normally be provided. Where appropriate, Bloom Club will provide an at-home activity or worksheet so children can still engage with that week’s topic.
No. Once a child’s place has been booked and paid for, fees are non-refundable. This is because places are reserved for the full term and staffing, resources and programme planning are arranged in advance.
